As Program Managers we have managed major change, process optimisation and system implementations including a 6 month SAP Implementation.  We have managed streams of work including organisation design projects, process design and optimisation initiatives, Change Management and IT Projects.

Data and Business Analysis is at the core of what we do.  Major projects have included analysing client and product data to determine marketing, sales and development opportunities, developing performance reporting and identifying key metrics to support decision making across major organisations.
